Called cell phone (503-969-8350) and left a detailed message requesting 4 repeat samples within 24 hours and 5 temporary routine samples during the month of August, 2013.7/29/13: Called cell phone and reached Diane. Diane verified that she received the message on Friday. They are collecting repeat sam ACTION NEEDED: Collect 4 ‘repeat’ samples (for coliform bacteria) as soon as possible (today). Collect 5 ‘temporary routine’ samples (for coliform bacteria) during August, 2013.
