| Details: | SUMMARY: Failure to complete 2012 nitrate sampling DETAILS: Voicemail left 1/29/13 for Joel Haag indicating that nitrate testing needs to be performed and was missed for the year 2012.Note: Ken Klee has retired and new phone numbers for contacting Camp Rilea are: 503-836-4028 or 503-836-4179. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up to see if test is performed.3/20/2013 Telephone conversation with Joe Haag regarding sampling requirements and schedule. Nitrate test was taken 10/2012 by Camp personnel and processed in Camp Rilea lab. Camp lab assessed earlier in 2012 but paper work by Gary Ward- ORLAP not process and effective until November 13, 2012. Thus nitrate sample considered by DWP as not being done by certified lab. Joe talked with Chuck Michaels 3/20/13 who confirmed with Gary Ward that Camp Rilea lab was assessed and met certification requirements, just that paper work didn’t get processed until later. DWP Chuck stated they would accept the 2012 nitrate sample results.Discussed with Joe SOC, VOC and L & C future sample schedule as different from initial system start up requirements. Confirmed L & C is 5 sample sites, verse 10 initially done. | ||
