Details: SUMMARY: Responded to Coliform Repeat DETAILS: Three repeat samples from hand pump and one source sample tested positive for coliform. Public notice required and received a copy via email from Brian. Terry Green who started the sampling on July 16th which triggered the repeats is on vacation-- Brian was not sure what Terry had done for treatment of system prior to the repeats. Brian is going to talk to Terry this week and shock chlorinates the system. Brian also said this system does not provide drinking water to anyone. They do not have 10 people to meet population requirements and would like to deactivate the system. 5 tmp. routine samples required before the end of August 2013. ACTION NEEDED: 5 tmp routine sample required before the end of August 2013. Will follow up with Brian regarding deactivating system based on low population.
