Details: SUMMARY: Violation for not submitting GW Compliance Report DETAILS: Spoke with Lori and she has been trying to fax in the GW reports but they are not going through. I suggested she fax us the GW monitoring report and I can e-mail them to the state so they receive them on time. I reiterated that all reports need to be submitted by the 10th of the following month. ACTION NEEDED: Need to send in June reports ASAP, and Julys reports by next week to be ontime. Please return all GW Compliance report monitoring violations back to compliance.
