Details: SUMMARY: DNR repeat coliform DETAILS: Annette called regarding the violation for not reporting 4 repeat coliform samples. She said the samples were taken. I asked her to contact the lab. She dropped off a copy of test results for 4 samples collected on 7/9. I spoke with the lab and there was a mix-up and the samples were tested as irrigation water (Q Tray) not drinking water. Annette is going to take 5 routine samples for July ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on test results and advise operator.
