Details: SUMMARY: discussed vio 900691408 for temp routines DETAILS: Judy called because she received a violation post card in the mail and didnt understand what it was for. I explained that they didnt take the 5 temp routines in the month of June. She wasnt aware she needed to take those. I updated the systems coliform sampling plan and forwarded a copy to her. ACTION NEEDED: none
