Details: SUMMARY: CT Tracer Study DETAILS: The Tri-City JW&SA owns & operates a water treatment plant (WTP) & distribution system that serves a population of approximately 3,500 people through 1,500 connections. Water is treated from the North Umpqua River. Recent mechanical changes to the STP allow it to operate at its full capacity (although it has not done so to date). Additionally, clearwell baffling was installed to increase contact time. Paul Wilborn with the CWS contacted the CR to provide assistance with performing a CT Tracer Study. Completed CT Tracer Study report & submitted to Rebecca for review. ACTION NEEDED: Awaiting final approval.
