| Details: | SUMMARY: PNC Assistance DETAILS: Called and spoke with Mike about the 3 outstanding violations giving the WS a score of 11. Two of the violations are for reporting repeat and triggered TC samples late in July. The did monitor during the required period but reported late. The results were unconfirmed TC. I reminded Mike to take 5 temporary routine samples this month (August). If they all pass, the violations will RTC. The third violation if for exceeding the RAA for arsenic during the second quarter of 2013. I informed Mike a public notice is due and sent him the template. Mike explained the pump for ferric chlorine had to be replaced and the arsenic treatment is working as it should now. Mike is to continue to monitor quarterly for arsenic and with treatment working properly the RAA should fall below the MCL. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
