Details:	SUMMARY: Source sample 2012 DETAILS: I contacted Bob by phone. We discussed the violation. He understands the source assessment sample is for the spring only and needs to be taken once per year from the source. I left a message (2nd phone call) fro him to do a public notice and send in a copy to state. I left fax # also. ACTION NEEDED: Source sample taken from spring for 2013 as soon as possible. Public notice and send in a copy to the state.
