Details: SUMMARY: Nitrate >5.0 DETAILS: System took a second sample in 2013, is only required to take yearly samples. this one was 5.08 and the one in Febuary was 3.87 which would be an average of 4.475. I did speak with Mr. Jueden to see if anything had changed with the system, he claims everything is the same, the system did do quarterly sampling in the past so this should not change the schedule ACTION NEEDED: continue sampling quarterly
