Details: SUMMARY: System survey follow up DETAILS: System has repaired the overflow pipe separation at eh elbow. This provides adequate overflow protection for the reservoir. The system also sampled for arsenic on 6/3/11. All significant deficiencies from the 2009 survey have been resolved. ACTION NEEDED: none
