| Details: | SUMMARY: Ground Water Rule (GWR) source sample late reporting DETAILS: Debra contacted our office on 8/30. We reached her today via phone to discuss the violation alert post card she received in the mail from the state. According to the online records system did not collect a triggered source water sample. Debra reported that sample on 7/29/13 was in fact a raw source sample (labeled distribution -RP) As well we noted the 5 temporary routine samples collected on 8/19/13 were mis-labeled as RP samples. ACTION NEEDED: We advised Debra to send us an email or letter explaining and specifying which samples were mis-labeled and what they should have been labeled as. That way we can correct the record online. | ||
