Details: SUMMARY: routine total colform positive for sample date 7/16/13 DETAILS: I contacted to operator to let him know about the positive total coliform sample. He knew about the positive sample & had already scheduled the source & repeat samples. I let him know to be sure to have 5 temp routine samples taken next month. ACTION NEEDED: monitor repeats & follow up as necessary.
