Details: SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: I called on 7/2/13 and talked to Margie. Ms. Williams was unaware of the volatile sample and was instructed to take 4 repeat samples including a raw source sample as soon as possible. I reminded her to take 5 routine samples in August. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples as soon as possible and 5 routine samples in August.
