Details:	SUMMARY: Repeat samples positive from distribution. DETAILS: Call to Dave Crider, he was aware of the alert and has already disinfected the system from the storage tank to the distribution lines. Sample from well was good, however it was marked as RP instead of TG. He believes the problem was from a stuck float that was repaired. ACTION NEEDED: 1. PN for MCL violation2. 5 temporary routine samples to be taken in October 2013.3. Resolve problem4. Special sample to be taken to ensure actions have resolved problems. 5. Change sample reporting from RP to TG for sample from the well.
