Details: SUMMARY: E.Coli confirmed in Distirbution and Source DETAILS: This an additional sample result form the same batch of samples taken for confirmation of E.coli in the system. ACTION NEEDED: Take 5 confirmation samples from the source prior to shock chlorination. Issue boil water notice. Investigate issue with system and shock chlorinate to clean out well and distribution system.
