Details: SUMMARY: ALERT ID: CHEM5924-- The nitrate sample collected on 9-3-13 tested above the MCL at 10.1 ppm. DETAILS: 9-10-13 --- I spoke with Lexie and advised her to collect a confirmation sample, she said she would have to drive to Neilson and get a sample bottle and would then collect another nitrate sample. ACTION NEEDED: See above.
