Details:	SUMMARY: Confirmed Ecoli in distributuion and Source DETAILS: Already has been addressed by the operator. Theses were additional samples that came in from the lab that were coliform positive, E. coli positive samples came in earlier today in alert Coli12221. Scheduled to go do a site visit tomorrow and investigate what caused this E. coli issue at the system. ACTION NEEDED: 5 temporary routines in October.
