Details: SUMMARY: AM WTP cell 2 shut-down for repair DETAILS: The header on cell #2 cracked such that raw water could enter the finished water line. The cell has been shut-down and welding repair scheduled for next week. This is an emergency action and does not require plan review, particularly since the repair only involves welding.
