Details: SUMMARY: Repeat TC+ Alert follow up DETAILS: Two of 5 repeats TC+ but NOT E.Coli. (Young well BB and 66631 Cascade). Made site visit with Nate and inspected Young well. Nate chlorinated well and reservoir and will flush and resample. Nate will take chlorine residual before resamples to ensure no more chlorine in system. Posted Boil Water notice on mail kiosk and Nate and Deke began distributing PNs door to door following Dekes meter reading route. ACTION NEEDED: Keep Boil Water advisory on until more samples show absent for coliforms. Suggest taking repeat samples at Young well and 66631 cascade to verify. Keep Young well house clean and seal structure to preclude contaminants, insects and rodents. Ensure wellhead is completely sealed. Seal or screen end of water level air line. Adjust float settings so Young well cycles on more often to prevent stagnant water as discussed.
