Details: SUMMARY: Confirmed E.coli Follow UP DETAILS: I called and left messages for both Dan Faulkner and Bob Rea to let them know OHA DWS is requesting more information for the well evaluation. I also send a letter to the system with details on the request for info (letter attached). The water system continues to be on a boil water requirement. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on well evaluation request for more information from WS.
