Details: SUMMARY: Def F/U DETAILS: System has been working with Jay via email for months on the tracer study. I have had no contact with anyone from the system since my meeting with the new operator, Jeff Roy, on 6/14/13. I sent them a letter on 9/9/13 reminding them of the deadline for correction of all deficiencies on 10/9/13. ACTION NEEDED: none
