Details: SUMMARY: Deficiency follow up DETAILS: 9/23/13 Dans response - "1) The well head was not altered or cut-- A concrete box was simply poured around it. It appears the 100-year flood elevation is 220’ (9/29/86 survey) and the top of the well casing elevation is 218.98’. The top of the concrete box is about 219.3’ +/-. The well is located basically within an access drive so extending its current height would be problematic. What would be a suitable resolution to this? The well was shown on the construction plans submitted to Linn County, though it is obvious this was missed.2) Ok3) Ok-- will keep records for 3 years-- submitted or ??4) We will get the information on this. ACTION NEEDED: see file
