Details: SUMMARY: Routine total coliform positive for sample date 9/18/13 DETAILS: Called & left a message for Tyler. I let him know about the positive total coliform sample on 9/18/13. He needs to have a triggered source sample at the wellhead & 3 repeat samples in the distibution system. I also let him know to take 5 temp routine samples in October. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as needed
