Details:	SUMMARY: Boil Order lifted DETAILS: Boil Order lifted this morning. David took 5 special coliform samples Monday and recd negative results late Wednesday for all 5. The previous weeks 5 specials had low residual and one was E. coli positive, indicating not enough flushing had taken place. While there are no blowoffs at the ends of the distribution system, the 4 gpm in leaks throughout the distribution system provides a steady, albeit slow, flush over time. Chlorine residuals from Mondays (Oct. 14th) sampling indicate sufficient flushing occurred and chlorine demand was quenched. ACTION NEEDED: Lift Boil notice will be drafted using EPA template at this link under Tier 1 templates. It will be distributed by door hangers.
