Details:	SUMMARY: follow up on OERS # 2013-2228 DETAILS: After being notified by OERS at 4 pm on 10/28 of 40 gallons of jet fuel that spilled into the South Umpqua River at 1140 am on 10/28, I notified Connie as the water system has intake downstream, and gave her the HazMat contact phone number for cleanup. ACTION NEEDED: DWS to support water system as appropriate.
