Details:	SUMMARY: TC+ alert follow up DETAILS: All 5 temp routine/triggered samples 10/29 and 10/30 coliform positive+. Spoke with Tammy and Butch Rogers was hired to look into it. He found some rodent droppings inside lid of reservoir and some cracks in concrete. He removed droppings and will be patching cracks. He also chlorinated reservoir with Calcium hypochlorite pucks. Tammy sent PN. I will meet her on-site Wednesday 11/6 to look at well since triggered sample was also positive. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to look for cause of contamination. Will do site visit this week. Take 5 temp routines in November. Continue public notice until samples all show absent.
