| Details: | SUMMARY: ALERT: COLI 12361 ---------- A sample collected on 10-24-13 tested TC+. DETAILS: 10-28-13 --- I spoke with Ron: he says Neilson Research has already collected distribution repeat and one triggered source sample. I noted that there are two wells, requiring two triggered source samples, Ron says only one is on-line. Ron says he will call the owner and find out which well is off-line and call me back. We will designate that well an emergency well in SDWIS, if, per the owner, that is what the well status is. I informed Ron that five temp routines are due in November.10-29-13 --- Ron called and said Well #1, thought to be off, is on-line and Neilson Research is coming today to collect a triggered source sample. ACTION NEEDED: See above. | ||
