| Details: | SUMMARY: Plan Review and Monitoring DETAILS: Melvin called earlier this afternoon to discuss recent request from me for submittal of documents. I had requested pictures of the chlorine injection system installation, and copies of missing monthly monitoring reports required for demonstration of maintaining chlorine residual to achieve 4 log viral innactivation. Mel said he would email me the requested documents - which he did. He also indicated that the users of the JJ Water Company were not happy with chlorine - and he wanted to change disinfection system to Ozonation. I explained that this would require opening a new plan review and submitting the information on the system he wished to use with the required Plan Review fee ($45). He indicated that his submittal would address each question about ozonation that Carrie Gentry had previously communicated to him a few years back. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
