Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up for TC+ temp routine samples DETAILS: John Edgecumbe in my office to discuss ongoing coliform detections starting 10/7/13. Discussed possible causes (cracks in reservoir, lack of backflow devices, etc). Formulated chlorine recipe of .6 gallons bleach in reservoir to achieve 2mg/L. Also provided John with PN template for unresolved total coliform. John will complete and get copy back to me and distribute amongst 14 homes this week before chlorinating. ACTION NEEDED: Disseminate PN and chlorinate system. Ensure chlorine is completely out of system before taking verification follow up samples. Work on possible causes such as cracks in reservoir. Continue working on cross connection program/prevention.
