Details: SUMMARY: Survey def - construction waiver DETAILS: I informed Theron that after my discussions with the state folks, they determined that the system needs to submit the formal Waiver from Construction Standards. I told him I would do my best to fill it out and send it to him to look at. I asked him to make any changes he wanted to and send it back to me. I will then send it to Betsy and Shawn S.
