Details: SUMMARY: Coliform Alert DETAILS: Called the church on 11/18/13 and 11/20/13 and left a message on the machine. Shelley Hunt said they have been trying to get hold of them also and have not had a response. Brenda Shepherd called on 11/21/13 she is going to contact Delta to have the RP samples taken at the church. ACTION NEEDED: Collect three RP samples in distribution and one at the source. Take 5 TR in December.
