Details: SUMMARY: routine total coliform positive for sample date 10/30/13 DETAILS: I called the operator & left him a message to let him know about the coliform detection. I reminded him to take 3 repeat samples in the distribution system & a triggered source sample at the well head. I also reminded him to take 5 temp routine samples in the month of November. ACTION NEEDED: monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary
