Details: SUMMARY: RTC- Violation 729513 DETAILS: System had a positive TC that required a Public Notice (PN). The violation requiring PN was violation 729510 which was returned to compliance in October of 2012. The PN was received late do to their operational schedule and change in personal. The PN is dated 9/9/10 but was not submitted to the State until 6/1/2011.Please return to compliance ACTION NEEDED: Return to Compliance
