Details:	SUMMARY: Follow up to localized DETAILS: Phil called at 3 pm to notify me that 7 users at the system had noticed a loss of positive pressure due to a big leak which occurred on Tuesday 12/17. The system has been following DWS BMPs related to loss in pressure by notifying the 7 affected users, ensuring the rest of the system has adequate pressure, fixing the leak and restoring service, flushing the area, restoring system pressure and chlorine residuals. He will take a coliform sample on Fri 12/20 and consult with DWS as he receives lab results to try and lift the boil water notice. I provided DWS after hours phone #. ACTION NEEDED: System to take coliform sample and consult with DWS prior to lifting boil water notice. DWS to provide support.
