Details: SUMMARY: Significant Deficency follow-up DETAILS: The system is still working on upgrades to install a new water storage tank. This should happen sometime in 2014-2015. I have granted the system an extension to develop their operations manual so it will reflect the new changes occurring to the system. This may take some time as they have had some logistical set-backs with construction permits and various other regulatory elements. They have been working closely with the state revolving loan fund to make the system upgrades occur. The hazard set-back deficiency and ground water rule violation have been addressed. The ground water rule violation for an e-coli source water detection will be completed once three source assessment samples have been submitted and confirmed no detection for e-coli. A source assessment sample was submitted for December 2013. The two remaining samples are to be submitted in January and February 2014. ACTION NEEDED: Keep in touch with Liza with regards to the system upgrade installation.
