| Details: | SUMMARY: Proposed fertilizer plant moving within 2000 of wells. DETAILS: Montie called with concerns about the proposed fertilizer plant / petroleum depot moving ~ 2000 NE of their wells. He looked at his SWA and noticed that the area is within the 15 year time of travel. He wanted to know if there was anything I could do or would recommend he do. I contacted Shawn Stevenson and forwarded the "Notice of Land Use Hearing". Shawn said he would review and may be able to respond with a letter in support of the water system. ACTION NEEDED: none | ||
