Details: SUMMARY: TC + on two repeat samples DETAILS: survey for this system due, hotel manager unfamiliar with system-- spoke with contracted person, Dave-- paid site visit to conduct survey and post a Tier 2 notice-- informed manager of requirement to take corrective action and take 5 triggers in February-- he has plans to shock chlorinate the system with Dave on Monday-- one freeze-damaged section of piping was replaced recentlythis well / system was approved by DWP in 2011 when new owner took over. 1990 well is 47 ft deep, flush with ground surface,40 ft from Bear Creek, 90 ft from drain field ACTION NEEDED: await sample results
