Details: SUMMARY: inactivate PNC DETAILS: Parks Dept has taken the hand pump handle off of the well, with plans to keep the well inactive until upgrades can be made-- Parks has plans to expand this park, and install electricity to enable a submersible pump and treatment if needed. They have made a decision to close the park for now to meet deadline stipulated in our enforcement letter. ACTION NEEDED: none
