| Details: | SUMMARY: Followup on System Score Violations DETAILS: I contacted Carl to see what corrective actions they are taking in response to the failure to meet CT which occurred in Oct 2013, with the hope to RTC the violation and reduce their system score. Carl stated that the problem with the chlorine residual that occurred on Oct 9th, was that the day chlorine tank was insufficient - and not enough chlorine was injected to the system to get chlorine residual after the contact chamber. Carl has changed his procedure to inspect the chlorine day tank on a daily basis. He is also planning on replacing the existing small day tank with a larger day tank. I reminded him that a new tank would have to have to be NSF 61 certified - and he should submit the manufacturers info to me for review as "informal plan review". We also discussed his failure to submit the December MOR to DWS - he seemed to be confused on who to send it to - and may have sent it to County. I reminded him that he must submit the MOR to the State and provided the Fax number. ACTION NEEDED: Sent message to Chuck requesting RTC of Oct violation. | ||
