Details: SUMMARY: PNC system score of 31 DETAILS: Contacted system to discuss sampling, the system had a positive TC in October and begun the process of hiring an engineer (HBH) to help solve the ongoing problem to TC in the distribution system. The system has never had problems with the well triggered samples. Mr. Summers is going to take a TC sample for the month of Feb. He has a signed contract with HBH to do the plans for a residual maintenance chlorination setup and the State should be receiving the plans shortly. Once the system has a clean TC sample the violations should Auto RTC. Will be monitoring the system for compliance and submittal of plans , ACTION NEEDED: Take samples as required
