Details: SUMMARY: 2 positive repeats taken on 2/17/2014 DETAILS: Two marked repeats taken on 2/17/14. Possibly should have been marked special. ACTION NEEDED: Public notice to remain in effect. I will check with Chuck Michael on marking these as special and next steps. System has been repaired and upgraded and was disinfected. I will contact Dave Love about technique used for sampling procedure as well as the disinfection procedures.
