Details: SUMMARY: Mine holding pond spill in Quines Creek DETAILS: Candy Cates provided OERS report (# 2014-0391) from citizen concerned with spill of unknown quantity of mud and sludge into Quines Creek from a mining operation about 3-4 miles up Quines Creek Road near Alzalea. After reviewing maps, Quines Creek is a tributary to Cow Creek. Contacted Don Priester with the city of Glendale with intakes on Cow Creek. ACTION NEEDED: None.
