Details: SUMMARY: This system missed the 4th quarter routine sample for 2013. DETAILS: This system missed the 4th quarter sample due to the new sample taker not understanding that the nitrate sample cannot also act as the routine coliform sample. ACTION NEEDED: System will rapidly take the new 1st quarter sample and submit it. The park is closed at this time.
