Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform Investigation DETAILS: Circuit Rider was contacted by the DWS Staff due to repeated coliform positives in the distribution system. The City of Paisley provides water to approximately 300 persons through 120 connections. The water system consists of two older wells, and one newer well. Regarding the positive coliform hits, Duane is absolutely sure that the culprit was the old pump in well #3. This pump had been replaced. Physically inspected the water system. Discussed better reservoir cycling. Provided direction on correctly filling out coliform sampling forms, including an example form specific to Paisley. Reviewed coliform sampling plan. ACTION NEEDED: Assist City with amended Coliform Sampling Plan.
