Details: SUMMARY: routine total coliform positive for sample date 1-9-13 DETAILS: I contacted the operator to let him know about the total coliform positive sample from sample date 1-9-14. He indicated that he knew & the lab was out the day before to pull the repeat samples & source sample at the well head. I reminded the operator to take 5 temp routine samples in the month of Feb. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples & respond as necessary.
