| Details: | SUMMARY: Check in 30 days after mailing survey with significant deficiencies DETAILS: I phoned to make sure Erica had received the survey a month ago. She had and understood it. She said all well vents were screened (even those I could not check), and they will add a rubber grommet at Well 5 to the opening with the electrical conduit. She is working on developing the O&M manual and the Operator Protocols, and updating the contacts in the Emergency Response Plan. She is still negotiating to get BMI on contract to do their cross connection testing. Erica will send me a letter detailing the response to these deficiencies by the June 16th (18-week) deadline. ACTION NEEDED: None at this time. | ||
