Details: SUMMARY: investigation of violation # 4 DETAILS: Operator called to let me know that they forgot to take the 4th quarter 2013 coliform sample. I let him know that they can take the 1st quarter 2014 sample & it will resolve the violation. He said they will sample right away. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor & RTC
