Details: SUMMARY: Investigation of Violation # 903520521 & 903520506 DETAILS: Operator called & left message about violation that the system received. I called the operator back & left a message for the operator letting him know the violation was for a missed arsenic sample. I let him know that all he needed to do was sample & report a current arsenic sample to RTC the violation. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor & Return To Compliance
