Details: SUMMARY: investigation of violation #738907 DETAILS: Contacted operator to let him know that Carver Park didnt have a source sample for 2013. This system has UV treatment & needs an annual source sample. The system is seasonal so the operator asked if it could wait until the Park opened & I let him know that would be fine. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor & RTC
